The American Farmworker Opportunity Program (AFOP) is the national organization for farmworker funding and federal 167 funding. They host a national conference each year to training and celebrate their successes. Each year outstanding students and agencies are nominated. The winners are awarded a plaque and a place in the national Excellence Award booklet which is sold as a fundraising effort.
