I began showing with a group of other local artists at the newly opened Mountain Springs Dental Building. They opened their doors in May 2009 and feature North Ogden artists works on a rotational basis. Call me for a showing.
Receipent in "Design"I was nominated and awarded the Mayor's Award for Design. This is the Ogden-Weber Applied Technology College's mascot, "Randy - Robotech" and me. Randy was designed by me and a group of students of the OWATC 3D Amination program. He was first conceived as a virtual mascot and evolved into a full-suited costume built by Jen Mcgrew. It was a real challenge to create Randy across multiple mediums and artists to bring the mascot to life.
Each year the college president awards three outstanding individuals with,
One award is given to a person from each of the three divisions. I received this award by peer nomination and the President's endorsement. The college relies on the efforts of a team to get the job done. If it were not for great co-workers, I could not have won this award. It's a great honor.
